Wishful Thinking.

And another, arguably more practical, ensemble for a sunny Sunday. Do have a lovely day and think of me in the two worst places to be on a day like today; library and work.

Kourion Leather Gladiator Sandals, £235, Diane von Furstenberg. Straw Shopper Bag, £32, XL Semi Precious Tassel Necklace, £14, both Topshop. Pleated Crepe Gown, £1,715, Chloé.

Just Fabulous.

Feeling a little fierce today for a Sunday. Does it show? Nothing like a bit of armoured leather, six and a half inch stilettos and blood red cow hide to start the day.
Leather & Wool-Crepe Dress, £1,630, Chloé. David Delfin Suede & Leather Pumps, £495, Christian Louboutin. Small Leather Carry-All Pouch, £30, Nail Varnish in Manila, £7, both American Apparel.

It's A Sunny Situation.

Best make the most of the weather whilst it's here, it never stays for long, here is an outfit to excel in this sunny weekend. I think I'd walk barefoot for a year to wear these wedges for a day. They are beautiful beyond belief.

Water Snake Espadrille Wedges, £421, Chloé. Black Ribbon Bow Tie, Anywhere. Black Pleated Maxi Skirt By Marios, £190, Stone Sleeveless Casual Shirt, £32, Cut Out Stacker Ring Set, £8.50, all Topshop.

Pamela Love for Topshop.

You know that old cliché, 'dream come true'? Well this is one of those. Fave high street plus fave jewellery designer collaborations make Rosie a happy girl. Shame it's only five pieces but I have high hopes for those five. I've been waiting a while now but with them due in May, the suspense is starting to kill me. (Insert some ironic line about loving Pamela Love.)

Lav. Lav. Lav.

Been waiting for this one for a while. Beautiful.

Premium Grey Suede Fringe Cape, £195, Topshop.

Flocking With Colour Blocking.

As far as this bold colour blocking trend goes, this is as adventurous as I get. Nude and black are required to tone this one down. Not that I need an excuse to wear nude or black.

Suede & Satin Slingback Sandals, £470, Yves Saint Laurent. Stretch-Twill Pencil Skirt, £410, Lanvin. Sleeveless Blouse, £95, Reiss. Lacquered Coral-Inspired Ring, £60, Marc by Marc Jacobs. ASOS Premium 'Shelley' Leather Oversized Clutch Bag, £45, ASOS.

Marriage Mad.

Now I appreciate there is a relatively important wedding this month, I really do. But the world has gone nuptial crazy.

18-Karat Gold 'Marry Me' Ring, £1,050, Solange Azagury-Partridge.

British VOGUE was given an option of three covers for May's issue which has never been done before, all wedding related of course. But with a name like Mario Testino behind the lens I can't complain. Lara Stone is my cover girl and one of my favourite articles is that of iconic weddings that have already passed. And as you can imagine VOGUE have created the most amazing wedding list ever.

So, the wedding in question; why does everything have to be taken too far? As illustrated below.

Yes, they are tea bags. A snippet from Liberty's Royal Wedding collection.

Will's Union Jack Nail Polish, and Kate's - inspired by her engagement ring ofcourse.

And lest we forget, the 'Knit Your Own Royal Wedding'.

Also shot by Mario Testino on the announcement of their engagement in November. Sickening.

The Perfect Palette.

A little glitz and glam for an April morning. I like my collars at the moment and think this Lanvin necklace would look très chic tucked under it, end up looking like a brooch almost. The dark nail varnish - because I wouldn't want people thinking I've gone soft.

Swarovski Crystal Insect Necklace, £1,145, Lanvin. Canapa Woven Canvas Wedge Pumps, £435, Theyskens' Theory. Slit-Front Crepe Skirt, £600, Chloé. White Sleeveless Square Armhole Shirt, £32, Nails in Galactic, £5, both Topshop.

Savage Beauty. Must Buy.

Pop May 31st in your diary. It is the day Alexander McQueen's book, titled Savage Beauty, is released by The Metropolitan Museum of Art. The reflection of his work highlights the 'sadomasachistic' approach he took to many of his designs. I am not going into details, you either know it or you don't. Get the book.

Faithfully Floral.

Spring florals. How cliché. But a cliché that will continue to come around for the foreseeable future, so let's embrace it. Now, I'm not saying you will see me out in a pretty little number like below, however if and that's quite a big if I were to recommend a flowery delight, it would be along the lines of the below highend versus highstreet style. If money were no object, Erdem all the way.

Mette Embroidered Cotton & Silk-Faille Dress, £2,450, Erdem. Cream Pansy Border Print Dress, £36, Topshop.
